MEDITATION GROUP

Intimate meditation sessions for a small group of experienced meditators

  • Experience with Chan meditation:

    - Completion of the Dynamic Mindfulness Teacher Training, or

    - Participation in the foundational program at the Chan centar Hartovski vrh, Tranquility and Insight. This last program is a 2 day meditation retreat you can attend in person at the center or online

  • The meditation group meets at my place in Schillerkiez every 2nd Saturday of the month at 10:30 am

  • small donation welcome, 3 - 5 €
